It's time once again to purge the photos from my phone for your viewing pleasure!
Here's my little tomato plant when we first planted it.
I commented that it had a lot of growing to do.
Here it is now.
It did a lot of growing and has ton of little tomatoes!
Saw this on my walk.
I've never seen that kind of cactus planted outside like that before!
I noticed these bottles at Meijer the other day.
I'm sure it's good shampoo but $38 for the small bottle and $75 for the large bottle? Or you can get small bottles of the shampoo and conditioner for the bargain price of $64! Does anyone know why this stuff is so expensive?
Saw this mama duck and two babies on my walk the other day.
My brother has a summer party every year and my nephew Joey is the entertainment.
Here he is playing the guitar and singing. It was super-hot out that day!
Lastly, I ordered this mug for my friend Karen's birthday.
It's our birth flowers with our names on the stems, and the saying IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO GROW OLD FRIENDS. We have been friends since we were 7 years old! That makes it 61 years!
OK that's all for now. We are heading on vacation tomorrow and I'll tell you all about it when we get back!
Until then take care and thanks for stopping by!

My tomato is looking the same! Love fresh tomatoes!
ReplyDeleteThat shampoo is crazy expensive!
Cute little ducks.
Have a great time away.
Your tomato plant looks like it is happy.
ReplyDeleteThat shampoo price is crazy!! I use an organic shampoo bar and conditioner and it isn't even a third of that price for both. Insane.
The cup you got for your friend is awesome. I'm sure it will bring a few happy tears. It's just perfect
Enjoy your vacation!!
Love the little ducks! and your nephew is a cutie...
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty cup!
Stay cool!
hugs
Donna
Not a good year for our tomatoes - same with our back neighbors. Those cactus 🌵 look like they are growing on n front of a garage door in a crack in the driveway? That’s strange.
ReplyDeleteI would never buy hair products that expensive; even if I won the lottery. For goodness sakes, it’s just hair. It must have a sprinkling of blue diamonds and a little gold dust.
Enjoy your vacation!
What a wonderful and special gift for Karen! That cactus is growing on the cement garage driveway!!
ReplyDeleteThat tomato plant is big and beautiful now! Hope you get lots of tomatoes. I always enjoy your photo dump. Maybe I should try that when I have such a hard time coming up with something to post. I take pictures just about every day. The cup for your friend is simply beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI love fresh tomatoes. We have some in our home garden too.
ReplyDeleteYour tomato has done a lot of growing. Strange how the cactus grew like that. Wow, who would spend that amount of money on shampoo. That's crazy.
ReplyDeleteYour tomato plant is doing well. Oh my word on the prices of that shampo. That's crazy. For that price it should make your hair style itself.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful vacation, Jeanette!! Return to us safe & sound, ok? I love your tomato plant....it loves that spot, you can tell. That shampoo is crazy!! I'm sure they sell a lot of it though, as some people are as "crazy" as the shampoo is! *haha* Is that cactus growing out of the concrete, for heaven's sake?! Weird! Love, Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteYour tomatoes are doing really well. I miss fresh tomatoes.
ReplyDeleteThe cup is really lovey. The placement of the cactus is really odd.
Beautiful blog
ReplyDeleteLook at your 'maters!! I love that friendship mug, and yes sixty one years is a long time!
ReplyDeleteMama duck and her babies; how sweet are they?
Who would buy that shampoo? Crazy!! My neighbor grows that cactus along the side of his house. They get really big! I didn't think cactus like that could grow in Ohio, so it surprised me when we moved in. Have a great vacation and I can't wait to hear where you went!
