To continue with this gigantic estate sale here are some of the interesting things for sale.
A bunch of Michigan license plates with at least 1 from the bicentennial!
Filled with 45 records
The mirrored cubes were so pretty!
Here's something pretty random for this sale. Night vision goggles!
I could have spent hours digging through but after a while too many people get on my nerves!
Here's what I bought at this sale.
Two mirrored coasters, stainless-steel salt and pepper shakers, a glass container and 4 teaspoons!
Total spent: $6.80
In other news: One of the residents at work has her walker decorated for Christmas.
I think we should have a walker decoration contest for the residents! That would be fun!
Until the next time take care and thanks for stopping by!

I think I almost bought a candle holder like that one...but didn't...darn.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend!
Donna
If we still used a wall phone I would LOVE to have the stainless steel one. It is awesome and I have never seen one like that before.
ReplyDeleteUnique items! I like the idea of the walker contest.
ReplyDeleteWhat a interesting sale. That phone is pretty incredible.
ReplyDeleteI agree that a walker contest would be fun.
Both the phone and the Santa and reindeer are things I have never seen or heard of. I bet the Santa set costs a fortune!
ReplyDeleteSome interesting items.
ReplyDeleteIt might be fun reading all the old Christmas cards.
My husband has a collection license plates from all over.
You got some nice goodies. I love the decorated walker and love your idea for a contest! :)
ReplyDeleteYou did find a lot of interesting things there. I have never seen a stainless steel phone before either. Quite unique. I hate when I pass things up and wish later that I would have bought it.
ReplyDeleteLove the decorated walker. A decorating contest would be fun
Every April, our town puts on Kool April nights, a classic car show that lasts a week. So at the Veteran home, they also had a walker and scooter, wheelchair " show and shine" all week and a parade. Some of them were really creative. Really a lot of fun and the community was also invited plus in the parking lot were some classics for viewing. Fun fun fun!
ReplyDeleteI love the old license plates, and the stainless steel phone is super cool!
ReplyDeleteYou found some useful items without spending a lot of dough.
What an interesting collection of random things. That house seems huge for one 84-year-old woman, but she truly loved to cook!
ReplyDeleteI'm curious as to how much they asked for the SS phone - I'd never heard of such a thing. Must be heavy!
