I recently went to an estate sale that was the cleanest and most organized one I have ever been too!
The estate sale company was called DuLayne Transitions. I had never heard of them before.
Here's the house
It was not for sale yet but Zillow estimated it at $321,000. It needed much updating but it's in a desirable location so I see why it's worth so much.
This was right when you walked in the door.
Great idea. Never saw that at an estate sale before! I did not take a basket.
After that it didn't surprise me to see this.
Look at this muffin pan! $14
And these! $8-$14
I love the inside of this closet in one of the bedrooms.
Just open the bifold doors and this is what you see! There were linens and towels on the shelves on either side.
I thought this lamp was pretty. $150
This mirror was interesting! $30
I liked these bowls with the handles. I just don't need anymore bowls! $6
If my parents were still alive, I would have bought them this. No price on it.
They both went to Cooley High School in Detroit.
The basement was full of Christmas stuff.
These cloth bags came in various sizes! $8 per set
I loved this! $16
But I swore I would not buy any Christmas stuff so I passed!
All the beauty stuff was arranged on two shelves!
I thought this was pretty funny! $22.
I can't imagine giving that as a gift unless it was a joke gift!
This dog portrait was beautiful! $10
I could have walked around a lot longer, but I had to go to work.
Here's what I bought:
This small pot in brand new condition.
A pillow form and a round template
And this wreath to replace the Christmas wreath on our shed door which had been there since November!
Total spent: $10In other news, it's so nice to see the deer in the field next to work again!
I did go to another estate sale the same day that wasn't nearly as exciting. I'll tell you about it the next time!
Until then take care and thanks for stopping by!
