Happy Hump Day!

It's Wednesday and I took the day off to go to the doctor for my annual lady parts appointment. Not fun but definitely worth it to get a day off!

Last Monday Chris and Marissa finally got to close on their house and seeing as it was empty..they moved in this past weekend. It's a nice house that has been completely redone! With the exception of the front and back deck/porches and the brick on the walls, everything else is brand new!

This is the front of the house. I took this picture on Saturday.

The rest of these pictures were taken in March while the inspection was going on. This is the living room.

It's a tri level so there are stairs going up to the bedrooms and down to the family room.

Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Upstairs master bath.

Dining area looking into the back yard.  They have a huge backyard and there is a horse farm behind them.

Marissa taking pictures in the crawl space off of the downstairs family room.

Upstairs hallway leading the three bedrooms.

Rich and Chris in the downstairs family room discussing how easy it will be to change the light bulb!
Love all those brand new windows!

They still have a few things here that we will be taking to them this weekend. We'll be going over there on Sunday to see what they've done so far and to celebrate their birthdays! I can't wait to see their new furniture and them, too!

Oh and don't tell them but I cried like a baby when they left for the last time on Sunday!

Hope you all are having a great Wednesday!

  1. Awwwww, I cry every time the girls leave even though I know they'll be coming back, so keep your chin up. :)

Such a beautiful home; I'm so happy for them!! How far away do they live?

Have a wonderful day (except for the lady parts thing) :)
