A few people on social media have mentioned how scarce wet cat food seems to be getting!
I took this picture of the cat food aisle at my local Kroger a few days ago. Luckily our 3 cats aren't too fussy about what brand they eat. Good thing because they aren't getting much of a choice right now anyway!
See you tomorrow!
Ours is too. There is a shortage on tin cans. Just saying.
ReplyDeleteLooks like what we have here!
ReplyDeleteYep, same here in Louisiana. My kitty Bella is diabetic and can only have certain canned foods. I can only find this particular flavor she likes at Dollar General and Family Dollar. I had to go to four stores until I finally found some and I bought all they had. The shelves are completely bare.
ReplyDeleteEvery shopping trip seems to find something new that’s gone!
ReplyDeleteWow!!!
ReplyDeleteCould it be the tin cans, as someone said?
Can;t get my head around shortages........
But, a whole lot has changed, since the last Presidential Inauguration, and none of it, for the good of we regular people.
Lots of empty shelves.
ReplyDeleteI haven't noticed. My cat is refused wet canned food for a while. On occasion, I will give it to her and she'll eat it but mostly she turns her back t it. S dry it is.
ReplyDeleteWhen storing food for an emergency, don't forget our cats and dogs.
Wow, that's crazy. I haven't had too much trouble with dog food lately but you never know what stores will be short on next.
ReplyDeleteIt's crazy - seems like there is always something new that is running short.
ReplyDeleteOh man, I hear you! The last time I bought Sweetness a box of 3-oz wet cat food cans, I had to get it on Amazon. The box of 24 cans was about $18.50, which is what I paid for a box of 30 cans just a few months ago (at Walmart). Now, there's almost none on the shelves and you have to hope you can find it online. So annoying! xoxo
