E is for Exercise

My favorite way to exercise is to take a long walk outside or hike a trail somewhere.

That has not been possible here in Michigan for several months now so my next choice is this:

My treadmill in the basement bedroom.

I will run on my treadmill where I don't run outside because I am afraid of falling.

I have a TV to watch and little motivational stickers that say "stronger, better, faster" and "lean and fit", although I'm so used to seeing them there I hardly notice them anymore!

And hand weights when I remember to grab them!

That treadmill has gotten a lot of use during this worst winter ever!

I think I'll skip this 'cause I'm doing NOTHING except raking leaves which is useless since they're still falling. :)

Oh, and you can play darts too. That's cool. You've got a very nice area!

Walking is suppose to be the best exercise--or so I've heard. I will start it again--as soon as the temps get above freezing!!!

That is really cool. I need to exercise but have not stumbled upon something I can do at home and stick with.

I had a treadmill for about 17 years and wore it out. Now I go to the gym.

E is for exercise... so true. I just need to remember to do that every now and then. I do love to walk, too. Hopefully the weather will be kinder to us and we can both get back out there... :)

I like to walk and hike too and Samson and I do most every day. I wish I could have one of those machines, but we don't have room.
